# The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014, Paragraph 25: Piling

Extent: E+W+S

(1) No piling activities for the construction of the authorised development may commence until a piling method statement describing the measures to be taken to protect the North Killingholme Haven Pits Site of Special Scientific Interest and the Humber Estuary Special Protection Area which is consistent with the environmental statement has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.
(2) Piling shall be carried out in accordance with the approved method statement unless otherwise approved by the relevant planning authority.
