  "text": "(1) Where under any of the above requirements the approval or agreement of the relevant planning authority or any other party is required, that approval or agreement must be provided in writing. Thereafter the matter approved shall be carried out in accordance with the approved or agreed details as they subsist from time to time.\n(2) Where under any of the above requirements a written scheme is required it shall be accompanied by such illustrations as are necessary and appropriate in the circumstances.",
