  "text": "(1) The authorised development shall be carried out in accordance with the principles contained in the Architectural Study and the Design and Access Statement (with the former taking precedence in the case of conflict) and in general accordance with the building envelopes shown on the elevations contained in the works plans, (subject always to article 3(5) and (6), Part 2 of this Schedule and paragraph 5(2) of this Part).\n(2) This requirement is subject to the approvals required under requirement 4.",
