# The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014, Paragraph 12


The licence holder must ensure that any coatings and treatments used are approved by the Health and Safety Executive as suitable for use in the marine environment and are used in accordance with the Environment Agency’s Pollution Prevention Control Guidelines.
