# The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014, Paragraph 16


(1) The licence holder must ensure that no waste concrete slurry or wash water from concrete or cement works are discharged into the marine environment.
(2) Concrete and cement mixing and washing areas should be contained and sited at least 10 metres from any watercourse or surface water drain to minimise the risk of run off entering a watercourse.
