# The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014, Paragraph 24: Detailed design

Extent: E+W+S

(1) No works within the relevant phase of the authorised development may commence until details of the siting, design, external appearance and dimensions of Work No. 3a have been submitted to and approved in writing by the MMO.
(2) Work No. 3a shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
