# The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014, Paragraph 6


With respect to any conditions of this licence which require the licensed activities to be carried out in accordance with the plans and programmes or other documents approved by the MMO, the approval shall be taken to include any amendments to those documents that may subsequently be approved in writing by the MMO.
