# The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014, Paragraph 7


The MMO must be notified by the undertaker in writing of any agents, contractors or sub-contractors that will be carrying out any licensed activity on behalf of the undertaker at least four weeks before the commencement of the licensed activity.
