# The North Peterborough Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2000, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2000/283 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Coming into force 4th April 2000
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 16A(1), (2) and (3) and 126(4) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 5A to, the National Health Service Act 1977 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
