  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order confirms a Scheme submitted by the Environment Agency for the amalgamation of the North Somerset (2005) Internal Drainage District and the West Mendip Internal Drainage District into one new internal drainage district (“the North Somerset Levels Internal Drainage District”). The North Somerset (2005) Internal Drainage Board and the West Mendip Internal Drainage Board are abolished and a new internal drainage board (“the North Somerset Levels Internal Drainage Board”) is constituted for the new internal drainage district.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
