# The North Wales Wind Farms Connection Order 2016, Article 14: Access to works

Extent: E+W+S

The undertaker may, for the purposes of the authorised development and with the consent of the relevant planning authority, after consultation with the relevant highway authority, form and lay out such other means of access or improve the existing means of access, at such locations within the Order limits as the undertaker reasonably requires for the purposes of the authorised development.
