  "text": "The undertaker may exercise any right under this Order to acquire compulsorily an interest in any land which is Crown land (as defined in the 2008 Act) forming part of The Crown Estate, provided that the interest to be acquired is—\n(a) identified in the book of reference;\n(b) for the time being held otherwise than by or on behalf of the Crown; and\n(c) in a plot that is expressly referred to in the letter provided by the Crown Estate Commissioners with regard to section 135 of the 2008 Act dated 27th July 2016.",
