  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises SP Manweb PLC (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to install and keep installed, use and maintain, a 132 kV electric line above ground, approximately 17.4 km in length in North Wales. The Order permits the undertaker to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, rights in land and to use land for this purpose.\nA copy of the Order plans and the book of reference mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 36 of this Order (certification of plans etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at Denbigh Library, Hall Square, Denbigh, LL16 3NU.",
