# The Northampton and Lamport Light Railway (Amendment) Order 2024, Article 2: Amendment of the Northampton and Lamport Light Railway Order 1995


(1) The Northampton and Lamport Light Railway Order 1995 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 7 (as to level crossings on the Brampton Valley Way), after paragraph (1), insert—
“(1A) The Company is to operate, at the point where public right of way CC4 crosses the railway, a new level crossing suitable for a footpath.”
(3) In Schedule 1, for “the northern abutment of Bridge No. 11 (south of Pitsford & Brampton Station) in a northerly direction for a distance of 4,800 metres” substitute “a point immediately to the north of the site of the former Boughton level crossing over the railway by the junction of the A5199 Northampton Road and Brampton Lane, in a northerly direction for a distance of 5,550 metres”.
