Paragraph 1 I CITATION AND COMMENCEMENT OF THE SCHEME

This Scheme may be cited as the Northern Combined Fire Area Administration (Amendment) (No.3) Scheme 1990 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1990 (hereinafter referred to as “the appointed day”).
