  "text": "(1) In this Act the following expressions have the meanings hereby respectively assigned to them, that is to say,—\n. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n“the Court of Appeal” means Her Majesty’s Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland;\n. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n“enactment” includes (save where the context otherwise requires) an enactment of the Parliament of Northern Ireland;\n“the High Court” means Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland;\n“judgment” includes decision and decree;\n“the Lord Chief Justice” means the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland;\n. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(2) Any reference in the foregoing provisions of this Act, . . ., to a specific enactment of the Parliament of Northern Ireland shall be construed as including a reference to any enactment of that Parliament passed after this Act and re-enacting the first-mentioned enactment with or without modification.",
