  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nSOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 13th December 2000\nLaid before Parliament 14th December 2000\nComing into force 4th January 2001\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 13th day of December 2000\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWHEREAS Her Majesty deems it expedient to modify the Northern Ireland Act 1998 and to do so by Order in Council in pursuance of section 87(7) and (11) of that Act:\nNOW, THEREFORE, Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 87(7) and (11) of the said Act and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
