  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nSOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 12th February 2002\nLaid before Parliament 22nd February 2002\nComing into force 15th March 2002\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 12th day of February 2002\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWHEREAS Her Majesty deems it expedient to modify the Northern Ireland Act 1998 and to do so by Order in Council in pursuance of section 87(7) of that Act:\nNOW, THEREFORE, Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 87(7) of the said Act and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
