  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order adds the Welfare Reform Act 2007, the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007, the Pensions Act 2007 and the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 to the legislation listed in section 87(6) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998. The effect of this amendment will be to render those Acts subject to the provisions in that section concerning consultation and co-ordination between the Secretary of State and the Northern Ireland Minister having responsibility for social security.\nAn impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as it has no impact on business, charities or voluntary bodies.",
