Article 2 Modification of the Northern Ireland Act 1998

In section 87(6) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 at the end add—
“(v)
the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008f1, the Mesothelioma, etc., Act (Northern Ireland) 2008f2, and the Child Maintenance Act (Northern Ireland) 2008f3;
(w)
the Pensions Act 2008f4 and the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008f5.”.
