# Northern Ireland Act 1998, Paragraph 3


The Department of Economic Development may with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel pay to or in respect of Commissioners—
(a) remuneration;
(b) allowances and fees; and
(c) sums for the provision of pensions.
