  "text": "The Equality Commission for Northern Ireland shall—\n(a) keep under review the effectiveness of the duties imposed by section 75;\n(b) offer advice to public authorities and others in connection with those duties; and\n(c) carry out the functions conferred on it by the following provisions of this Schedule.",
