This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(4) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000^f1.

A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 7(4) of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

Accordingly the Secretary of State makes the following Order:
