# The Northern Ireland Act 2000 (Modification) Order 2007, Introduction: Introductory text


NORTHERN IRELAND

Made 31st March 2007
Coming into force 1st April 2007
This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(4) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000.
A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 7(4) of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Accordingly, the Secretary of State makes the following Order:
