Article 2

(1)

The accounts, reports and other documents referred to in paragraphs (2) and (3) below are hereby prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 12(4) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000.

(2)

Accounts and reports required to be laid before (or presented or made to) the Northern Ireland Assembly under:

(a)

sections 10(4), 11(3)(c) or 16(4) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act (Northern Ireland) 2001^f1;

(b)

Article 90(2)(c) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972^f2; or

(c)

section 2(2) of the Exchequer and Financial Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1950^f3; and

(3)

Reports under Article 11 of the Audit (Northern Ireland) Order 1987^f4.
