Before the Tribunal notifies any party of–

(a)

any order or direction made or given in the absence of the Secretary of State;

compliance with an order or direction made or given in his absence, would cause information to be disclosed contrary to the public interest, he may apply to the Tribunal to reconsider the order or direction or to review the proposed summary or determination.

(3)

If the Secretary of State makes an application under paragraph (2), he shall as soon as practicable send a copy of it to each special advocate.

(4)

An application by the Secretary of State under paragraph (2) shall be made within 14 days of receipt of notification under paragraph (1), and the Tribunal shall not notify any party as mentioned in paragraph (1) before the time for applying has expired.
