# Northern Ireland Act Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 1999, Article 7: Time limit for appealing


The appellant may exercise his right of appeal to the Tribunal by giving notice of an appeal, in accordance with rule 8, within 14 days after receiving notice that a certificate has been issued.
