The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 91 and 92 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998^f1, makes the following Rules of which a draft has, in accordance with section 96(6) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:–
