# The Northern Ireland Assembly (Elections and Periodsof Suspension) Act 2003 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2003, Article 4


In section 1 of the Allowances to Members of the Assembly Act (Northern Ireland) 2000 (resettlement allowance) after subsection (1) insert—
“(1A) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who has given a termination notice under paragraph 1 of the Northern Ireland Assembly (Members' Salaries, Pensions and Allowances) Determination 2003.”.
