  "text": "(1) Any reference to moneys provided by the Parliament of Northern Ireland shall be construed as a reference to moneys appropriated by Measure.\n(2) Any reference to the payment of a sum to, into or out of the Exchequer of Northern Ireland shall be construed as a reference to the payment of that sum to, into or out of the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland.",
