# Northern Ireland (Sentences) Act 1998, Section 18: Remission: amendment of 1995 Act.


In section 3 of the Northern Ireland (Remission of Sentences) Act 1995 (suspension and revival of main provisions) at the end of subsection (2) add “ ; but the order shall apply in relation to him if his licence is revoked after the order comes into force. ”
