# The Northern Pennines Rural Development Board (Dissolution) Order 1971, Article 3: Dissolution of the Board


(1) On the coming into operation of this order the Board shall be dissolved, and accordingly the Board area shall thereupon cease to be a Rural Development Board area for the purposes of the Act or any other enactment.
(2) The provisions contained in the Schedule to this order, being provisions which appear to the Minister expedient in consequence of and incidental to the dissolution of the Board, shall have effect.
