# The Northern Rock plc Transfer Order 2008, Article 13: De-listing

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) By virtue of this Order, the listing of any shares of Northern Rock is discontinued with effect from the effective time without the need for any notice to, or consent of, Northern Rock or any other person.
(2) In paragraph (1), “listing” has the meaning given in section 74 of FSMA 2000.
