  "text": "(1) This article applies while Northern Rock is wholly owned by the Treasury.\n(2) A relevant undertaking shall be deemed—\n(a) not to be a publicly-owned company for the purposes of section 3(1)(b);\n(b) not to hold information on behalf of the Treasury for the purposes of section 3(2)(b);\nof the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (public authorities).",
