  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Northern Rock plc Transfer Order 2009.\n(2) This Order comes into force as follows—\n(a) this article, articles 2, 6 to 8 and Schedule 2 come into force immediately on the making of this Order;\n(b) the remaining provisions of this Order come into force on 1st January 2010.",
