  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order establishes the Northumberland Care Trust (“the trust”), a Primary Care Trust designated as a Care Trust as provided for under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977 and section 45 of the Health and Social Care Act 2001. It specifies the trust’s operational date as the day on which it is established (article 2) and specifies the area for which it is established (article 3).",
