# The Northumberland Line Order 2022, Paragraph 32


Nexus must at all reasonable times afford reasonable facilities to the Council and the Council’s agents for access to any works carried out by Nexus under this Part of this Schedule during their construction and must supply the Council with such information as the Council may reasonably require with regard to such works or the method of constructing them.
