# The Northumberland Line Order 2022, Paragraph 45


The Council must no later than 28 days from the date that the documents referred to in article 333 (certification of plans, etc.) are submitted to and certified by the Secretary of State provide a set of those documents to Nexus in a format specified by Nexus.
