Article 10 Elections to Norwich City Council in 2011 and 2015, etc

A whole council election of councillors of Norwich City Council shall be held on the 2011 election day, on the ordinary day of election of councillors^f1 in 2015 and in every fourth year thereafter.

The election held on the 2011 election day shall be conducted on the basis of the existing wards of the city^f2.

The proper officer of Norwich City Council shall take such steps as are necessary or appropriate to prepare for the election on the 2011 election day, including the making of all necessary alterations in the electoral register.
