  "text": "The promoter shall give notice to every specified undertaker if any of the functions of the promoter under this Order are transferred to another person in accordance with article 55 (powers of disposal, agreements for operation, etc.) and any such notice shall be given within 14 days of any such transfer becoming effective and shall describe or give (as appropriate)—\n(a) the nature of the functions to be transferred;\n(b) the extent of that transfer;\n(c) the geographical area to which the transfer relates;\n(d) the name and address of the transferee; and\n(e) the effective date of the transfer.",
