  "text": "The obligation to give notice under paragraph 44 to a successor in title to a specified undertaker named in paragraph 1 shall only apply to the extent that the promoter has been informed by notice in writing by that named undertaker, or by a successor in title to that named undertaker, as the case may be, of the name and address of that successor in title.",
