Article 7 Consequential parish electoral alterations

This article shall have effect from the fourth day after the ordinary day of elections in 1987.

The parish of Blidworth in the district of Newark and Sherwood shall be divided into 2 parish wards, as shown on boundary map 1, to be called the Blidworth ward and the Rainworth ward, and to be represented by 7 and 6 parish councillors respectively.

The parish of Newstead in the borough of Gedling shall be divided into 2 parish wards, as shown on boundary map 1, to be called the Newstead Village ward and the Newstead Abbey Park ward, and to be represented by 5 and 4 parish councillors respectively.
