  "heading": "County electoral arrangements",
  "text": "(1) This article shall have effect from the fourth day after the ordinary day of election of councillors in 1989.\n(2) The electoral divisions of the county of Nottinghamshire which consist of areas within the borough of Gedling shall be abolished. The area of the borough of Gedling shall be divided into 9 county electoral divisions which shall bear the names set out in column 1 of the Schedule to this order, and each electoral division shall comprise the relevant areas specified in column 2 of that Schedule.\n(3) The number of councillors to be elected for each electoral division constituted by paragraph (2) above shall be 1.",
