# The Nottinghamshire (District Boundaries) Order 1988, Article 3: Transfers from the Borough of Gedling to the district of Ashfield


(1) The part of the Borough of Gedling and the parish of Linby which is marked Area A on the boundary map shall be transferred to—
(a) the district of Ashfield;
(b) the Hucknall West ward of that district;
(c) the Hucknall West county electoral division
and shall cease to form part of any parish.
(2) The parts of the Borough of Gedling and the parish of Linby which are marked Area B and Area D on the boundary map shall be transferred to—
(a) the district of Ashfield;
(b) the Hucknall North ward of that district;
(c) the Hucknall West county electoral division;
and shall cease to form part of any parish.
