# Nuclear Energy (Financing) Act 2022, Paragraph 4: Consequential repeals

Extent: E+W+S

The following provisions are repealed—
(a) section 6(10)(b) of the Smart Meters Act 2018;
(b) section 11(2) of the Domestic Gas and Electricity (Tariff Cap) Act 2018.
