  "text": "(1) This section applies for the purposes of this Part.\n(2) “Nuclear company” means a company that holds an electricity generation licence in respect of a nuclear energy generation project.\n(3) References to a “designated” nuclear company are to a nuclear company in relation to which a designation under section 2(1) has effect.\n(4) A nuclear company is a “relevant licensee nuclear company” if—\n(a) the company’s electricity generation licence contains modifications made under section 6(1), and\n(b) the company is a party to a revenue collection contract.\n(5) “Electricity generation licence” means a licence under section 6(1)(a) of the Electricity Act 1989.",
