  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“allowed revenue” has the meaning given by section 6(5)(a);\n“the Authority” means the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority;\n“the CMA” means the Competition and Markets Authority;\n“company” means a company registered under the Companies Act 2006 in England and Wales or Scotland;\n“the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);\n“designated”, in relation to a nuclear company, has the meaning given by section 1(3);\n“designation notice” has the meaning given by section 2(4);\n“electricity generation licence” has the meaning given by section 1(5);\n“functions” includes powers and duties;\n“nuclear company” has the meaning given by section 1(2);\n“the nuclear project”, in relation to a nuclear company, has the meaning given by section 2(1);\n“relevant licensee nuclear company” has the meaning given by section 1(4);\n“revenue collection contract” and “revenue collection counterparty” have the same meaning as in Part 2 (see sections 15 and 16).\n(2) References in this Part to the site for a nuclear energy generation project include references to the intended site for the project.",
