  "text": "In this Part—\n“the Authority” means the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority;\n“electricity supplier”, subject to any provision made by revenue regulations, means a person who is a holder of a licence to supply electricity under section 6(1)(d) of the Electricity Act 1989;\n“functions” includes powers and duties;\n“national system operator” means the person operating the national transmission system for Great Britain (and for this purpose “transmission system” has the same meaning as in the Electricity Act 1989, as to which see section 4(4) of that Act);\n“nuclear company” and “relevant licensee nuclear company” have the same meaning as in Part 1.",
