  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Nuclear Industries Security (Amendment) Regulations 2013.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 28th February 2013.\n(3) In these Regulations—\n“the 2001 Act” means the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001; and\n“the Principal Regulations” means the Nuclear Industries Security Regulations 2003.",
