  "text": "(1) In these Regulations—\n“the 1974 Act” means the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974;\n“the 1978 Order” means the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978; and\n“the principal Regulations” means the Nuclear Industries Security Regulations 2003.\n(2) The following expressions have the same meaning as in the principal Regulations—\n“approved carrier”;\n“approved security plan”;\n“approved transport security statement”;\n“carrier”;\n“relevant personnel”;\n“responsible person”;\n“security plan”;\n“transport”;\n“transport plan”; and\n“transport security statement”.",
